Perfect Crime

In 1974, John Brandeburg and Hugh Shacklett formed a duo called the Perfect Crime and for the past four decades they have performed American roots music in Northern California. George Inskeep joined them on bass about 15 years ago. The date is uncertain and they have chosen to let it remain that way. The trio now, two guitars and bass, performs an eclectic mix of tunes that date from the early 20th Century up to the present – a little bit of folk, country blues, ragtime and hand made love songs.
Guaranteed to delight and amuse. They have stated a desire to keep at this until doddering old age forces their untimely retirement. As their card says: A superior musical organization.
