In 2002 I began to get deeper into my Hawaiian cultural heritage when I received a Martin Soprano ukulele as a birthday present. Since then, husband Eric and I have accumulated a variety of ukes. My current favorite is a Kamaka 6-string tenor, while Eric prefers his Sasaki custom “Honu” 4 string tenor.

Since 2009, I have been the lead organizer of the West County Ukulele Club in Occidental.

My current band “The Bohemian Ukuleles” have performed at the 2016 Ukulele Festival of Hawaii, Oahu; Northern California Ukulele Festival in Hayward; North Bay Ukulele Festival, Santa Rosa; Wine Country Ukulele Festival in Napa, and various events and farmers markets around Sonoma County.

Over the years, I have helped organize and participated in the “Sebastopol Ukulele Festival” and have lead Uke Jams at the Annual Ukes on the Loose, and the Kate Wolf Music Festival as well as other festivals in Northern California.

I’ve been a lucky participant of the Czech Ukulele Festival and Ukulele Festival of Scotland. And have performed at various Open Mic’s in London and Paris, Prague, Dumfries, and the infamous Ukulele Festival of Santa Cruz, 2004.

Send email to:  Include: Kate Wolf Uke Jam 2019 in the Subject line.  I will send the songs to download for this year’s jam.

Looking forward to another great Kate Wolf Music Festival in June, 2019!
